Be rest assured that I will push you to your limits and more! Nothing ventured nothing gained. We will achieve Personal Bests that you’re not even aware that you were capable of achieving!

COMMITMENT IS KEY

As your coach, I am committed to your success, as such, you will receive regular feedback, weekly check-ins via emails, text & video chat, my undivided attention and commitment to you. In return all I ask is for you to be committed to the training 100% and the diet plans 110%!

DO AS I DO

Leading by example is key so working with you will give you an extra visual cue to get your techniques right every time. I don’t want you to suffer from any ailments resulting from improper techniques as this will slow down your progress, as such I will monitor you closely to ensure you have your movements dialled in.

WORK HARD, PLAY HARD

We love to have fun as well during workouts as they give an extra boost and helps to reduce boredom from repetitive tasks. Even when I am not physically with you in training, I’ll teach you tips and tricks to make your work out fun and effective.

WE WORK TOGETHER

Team work makes the dream work. We will work together to achieve your goals be it short term or long term. We will set Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timed goals.
